General Builders and Maintenance Contractors - Wm. Crawford & Son Ltd carry out projects for a number of different organisations ranging form large public sector projects to small reactive repairs. The company has more than 100 years of experience in the construction industry and became part of the J&T Group in 1989.

We employ a team of fully experienced tradesmen including bricklayers, joiners, slaters, plasterers, tilers, roughcasters, surfacing and services tradesmen and are capable of carrying out operations with a minimum of sub contractors.

Our management and supervisors / foremen are long serving members of our staff and are fully experienced in all aspects of Builder and External Landscaping works.

Wm. Crawford & Son Ltd carry out measured term contracts on their own basis, and as part of the J&T Group, for Renfrewshire Council, South Lanarkshire Council, Inverclyde Council, East Renfrewshire Council, and are also repeat clients for carrying out maintenance and repair works to Morris & Spottiswood, McAlpine Business Services, Diageo, GHI Contracts and Maintenance and Property Care Ltd (MPC Ltd).
